The Center for Massage & Natural Health offers this dynamic Equine Massage Certification Program in 3 segments, each lasting 2 weeks. Each segment is filled with wonderful hands-on experience as well as important classroom study. After completion of each segment, you will receive a Certificate of Completion, and after you have completed all 3, you will receive an Equine Massage Therapy Certification.
This special hands-on intensive program is offered in conjunction with The Essence Center, our sister organization on our beautiful 24-acre campus. It will introduce you to massage techniques used with our majestic friend, the horse. No previous massage or bodywork experience is necessary. Only a love for horses.
During our program, we will present fundamental elements of equine anatomy, physioology and pathology, and specific bodywork techniques used to help the health and performance of these equestrian athletes. Half of each day will be spent in our beautiful classroom space, and the other half will be spent outdoors doing hands-on work with our horses.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM, for two consecutive weeks. Class size is limited. Registration ends when workshop is full. Students must be age 18 and over. A release from liability agreement will be required to participate in this course, and will be provided the first day of class.

Center for Massage & Natural Health is approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a continuing education Approved Provider. All workshops provide NCBTMB approved contact hours. Please check with your individual state licensing board to find out if these courses are accepted for continuing education requirements for license renewal.
