New December Class!!

I can't believe that the holidays are here....and so are the students! Wow,
we've had a HUGE turnout for the December class! We are all so very excited
to see all the new faces in the classroom! It's always sad to say goodbye
to the graduates, but knowing they are on the path to success keeps me
uplifted. Congratulations, graduates! And welcome new Center for
Massagers!

Continuing Education Workshops Gaining Popularity

As fall approaches, the phone rings more often with folks eager to sign up
for continuing education courses. And who can blame them??? With options
such as Shiatsu Fundamentals, Thai Yoga Massage, and Integrating the
Emotional Body...WOW! And that's just to mention a few. The participants
from last weekend's course, Advanced Neuromuscular, gave incredible reviews!
It was great to see so many alumni back on campus. And for those of you who
did graduate from CFMNH, please remember that you get $100 discount on any
CE workshop you attend! So call us soon to reserve your space in one of our
exciting upcoming classes. We'd love to have you!

Hello to everyone out there from the Center for Massage Therapy Clinic!

Our innovative office staff would love to share with you another fabulous modality. Please enjoy the brief snippit on Kodo massage included below.

The traditional massage of indigenous Australian
culture honors dreaming, or Dreamtime, and the
expanded consciousness it can create. A new technique,
Kodo, builds on that tradition, offering clients deep
peace and relaxation. With its rhythmic rocking,
circular movements, sweeping strokes and aromatherapy,
Kodo massage is making inroads at spas throughout
North America.

Welcome September Night Class!

Last night was orientation night for the new group of students. It was such
a great experience to sit among like-minded people all wanting to share in
the experience of massage therapy. People have come from all over the US to
join the class. I can tell by looking at their faces that they are curious,
motivated, and ready to succeed in the program. The first night of class is
always a little scary...but by the end of the night, everyone was laughing
and telling their own stories of what drew them to this magical journey. I
cannot wait to see how this unfolds!

COMTA Accreditation

The Center for Massage & Natural Health is very proud to announce that we have received our COMTA Accreditation (Commission on Massage Therapy Accreditation) for our massage school. We have been granted 5 years accreditation status, which is very rare. Most newly accredited schools are granted 2 years.

Our accreditation assures our students that they are receiving not only a solid curriculum taught by very competent instructors, but that our entire administrative staff, our financial stability and every process that goes into making an excellent school function is top-notch.

We are looking foward to continued success for our school, our graduates and employers of our massage school graduates.

Thank you and congratulations to everyone who has been dedicated and committed to this long process.

Construction is fully under way!

The expansion of our new facilities is coming along very well.  The project is approximately 25% complete, and we hope to be finished by the end of August.  Our new classroom and business offices will be a wonderful addition to our existing facilities, and make communication between our students and our staff members much more convenient.  Please visit our website for photographic updates of our progress!  http://www.centerformassage.com
