Retreat Center Rentals

Our gorgeous Retreat Center facilities are ideal for groups that wish to offer educational workshops, movement workshops, creative arts workshops and other holistic practices

Overnight Retreat Rentals

Approved groups can stay at our Retreat Center for only $99/person/night, including food and beverage service! If you have a group of 24 or more, this is the most economical way to enjoy our beautiful Retreat Center.( If your group is smaller than 24 people, you are still welcome to reserve our rooms at our standard room rate, and pay our basic meal service fee of $35/person/day.)

This special includes 3 simple, but delicious vegetarian meals each day (we can provide other cuisine at an additional cost per person, depending on your needs), and plenty of space options to conduct your personal meetings, groups or meditations. Includes use of our Far Infrared Sauna and Lakeside Hot Tub.

Minimum 24 people (Maximum 32 people-double occupancy) and (Maximum 64 people-quadrupal occupancy). Our spacious guest rooms include 2 extra-plush queen-sized beds, private bathrooms with separate vanity areas, private balconies with stunning lake and mountain views, cable TV and Wi-Fi. We cannot reserve specific areas for your meetings or events for groups of under 24 people. With 32 people, you will have exclusive use of our entire Retreat Center.

Weekend rentals require 2 night minimum (Friday/Saturday nights). Bed linens and a bath towel/wash cloth included. Please bring extra towels if you plan to use the sauna/hot-tub, as well as a bathing suit. We do not include in-room housekeeping services.

Daytime Rentals

You may have a group that you would like to bring for the day for a special retreat or meeting. We are delighted to offer the following options for your day-only group:

Weekday Days (Monday through Thursday), 9AM-5PM: $49/person (minimum 12). Includes light vegetarian lunch.

Weekends (Friday through Sunday), 9AM-5PM: $59/person (minimum 12). Includes light vegetarian lunch.

Weekday Evenings (Monday through Thursday, 6PM-10PM: $29/person (minimum 12). Includes Hot Tea Service.

Weekend Evenings (Friday through Sunday), 6PM-10PM: $39/person (minimum 12). Includes Hot Tea Service.

Food & Beverage Services

Our basic group package includes a healthy Continental-Styled breakfast. Lunch and dinner is simple, nutritious vegetarian cuisine. Meals generally consist of a grain, a bean and a green, plus something sweet but healthy for desert. Additionally, we provide coffee and tea service throughout the day.

If you have special cuisine requirements, our gourmet chef can prepare any types of meals for your group. You may choose from the following cuisine type:

1. Gourmet Cuisine containing beef pork, chicken or fish (lunch and dinner meals)
2. Organic Cuisine (All organic produce, dairy products, free-range eggs, hormone and antibiotic free meat products)
3. Organic Staples (All organic grains, flours, oils, sweeteners, herbs, spices and condiments)
4. All Vegan Cuisine (No animal products of any kind)
5. Macrobiotic Cuisine

Choose one item for and additional $20/person/day
Choose two items for an additional $30/person/day
Choose three items for an additional $40/person/day

We cannot provide special meals for individuals with special food preferences or needs. If you have attendees with special dietary concerns, please notify them ahead of time so that they can make their own eating arrangements, if necessary. No credit will be given to attendees who choose not to partake in our meal service.

Note: We do not permit food service to be provided by groups or outside caterers.

Extras

For groups that wish to enhance their agenda and experience at our Retreat Center, we make the following services and options available:

* Massage Therapy and Spa Services (Priced per service. Please see our Therapeutic Services page for pricing)
* Movement Classes (Yoga, Tai-Chi or Nia): $10 per person per class.

These services can be billed to the group in advance or to individual group members as the services are rendered. Please let us know in advance if you wish to reserve any of our additional services whenever possible so that we can be sure to meet your needs.

Terms

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS: Rental agreement will be provided and required to secure your dates, along with a 50% deposit for your group, including any additional meal costs. Deposit is based on our required minimum of 24 people. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions will be made.

An additional 25% of the total is due 14 days prior to the start of your rental. We require a current guest and rooming list at this time to determine this payment. Failure to make this deposit will void your rental agreement, and you will loose your reservation and deposit.

A final guest and rooming list is due 3 days prior to the start of your rental date. You may add onto these numbers if you have a few last-minute sign-ups when you check-in, but you cannot subtract from it.

Your balance will be calculated based on your final check-in numbers and is due upon check in. You will be charged full rates for anyone who arrives late, or leaves early. We will not provide partial credits for individuals who do not participate in your entire reserved rental.

HOLIDAYS: Add 25% to all fees for reservations during holiday week. This includes Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's.

ALCOHOL, DRUGS, FIREARMS AND FIRES: We do not allow any of these on our campus.

CLEANING/DAMAGE DEPOSIT: An additional cleaning/damage deposit of $500 is due upon arrival, and will be returned within 7 days after your event, provided the space is left clean and undamaged.

Rental Fees:

Daytime Rentals:
Weekdays (Monday through Thursday), 8AM-5PM: $300/Day
Weekends (Friday through Sunday), 8AM-5PM: $500/Day

Extended evening hours:
Weekdays (Monday through Thursday), 5PM-9PM: $150 additional
Weekends (Friday through Sunday), 5PM-9PM: $250 additional

Extras:

Massage Table Rentals (with adjustable face cradles): $10/Table/Day
Shiatsu Mat Rentals (6'x6' thick cotton batting for floor work): $10/Mat/Day

Food & Beverage Services:

The Center for Massage & Natural Health provides healthy and delicious meal service at our Retreat Center across the street for just $10/person/meal, minimum 12 people. Fees must be paid at the time reservations are made. If your group is greater than 12 people, the balance for meals will be collected at check-in. Please notify us at least 3 days in advance if your group will be more than 12 people.

Terms:

PAYMENTS: Rental agreement will be provided and required to secure your dates, along with payment of the full rental fee. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
