As part of our massage school education, our students are required to complete a Clinical Practicum. This very important aspect of our massage school program enables our students to practice in a real massage therapy center and on real clients.
Our students do not begin this practice until they have completed and successfully passed the Swedish Massage portion of our curriculum, as well as most of our science segment, including Human Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology and Musculoskeletal Anatomy.
They have practiced extensively on fellow students in the classroom setting with the instruction and guidance of our experienced instructors. Once they are approved to begin their clinical studies, they continue to be monitored and evaluated by our approved staff members at our Massage Therapy Center locations.
Our clients provide valuable written feedback about every student massage they receive, which is then reviewed by our staff and our students.

Student Massages Only $30!
Our student massage therapy sessions are around half what you would pay for a professional massage therapy treatment. All our student massages take place in a private and professional treatment room, not in a classroom.
Our student practitioners are highly focused on doing an excellent job and we often receive feedback that they are better than many of the professional massages they have had.
Sessions are approximately 50 minutes long, including intake and feedback, and the actual massage time is approximately 45 minutes.
Our student practitioners stay booked, so we highly recommend that you make an appointment. Please see the Location tabs above for information on hours and appointments.
Massage Therapy Center-Downtown Asheville
Our Massage Therapy Center opened in 1994, and has become one of the most popular massage therapy centers in Asheville.
It hosts both student and professional massage therapists, as well as wonderful, helpful staff. They will assist you in making your massage appointments and help soothe away your stress, anxiety, aches and pains as you lay on one of our heated, extra-plush massage tables.
Walk-ins are welcome, however, we highly recommend you make an appointment.

We currently offer professional massage to guests who stay at our Retreat Center, but we will be opening our therapeutic services and wonderful day packages to the general public.
