Myofascial Release

Looking for techniques that will up your game in your profession while being easy on your own body? Beth will teach you myofascial massage techniques that will bring about immediate changes to your clients, creating more mobility and less pain. Learn about the fascial system and develop increased palpation skills from this very experienced practitioner and educator.
Introduction to CranioSacral Massage
October 11-12, 2025
This is an introductory class that focuses on key components of CranioSacral therapy, providing the massage therapist with a foundation of the core components of the modality. Students will have opportunities to learn by doing the work in an atmosphere with direct feedback in which they can develop their skills. Various Craniosacral approaches will be discussed.
Positional Release & PNF Stretching
October 4-5, 2025Â
Positional Release Therapy (PRT) and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) are effective manual approaches. PNF stretching is effective for targeting specific muscle groups to increase muscle strength and flexibility. Positional Release Techniques are effective in relieving pain and tissue dysfunction. Learn how to integrate these two techniques into your massage sessions to receive better and immediate results.
Self-care and Body Mechanics for Massage Therapists and Bodyworkers

Spend a weekend rejuvenating your healing energy! This workshop/class will include Qigong, breath work, meridian tapping, self lymphatic techniques, meditation, yoga, and somatic release. Includes quick and easy techniques for your clients and yourself.

Osteo Thai for the Head, Neck, and Shoulders
September 5-6, 2025
The cervical spine (neck) is an important path for the nervous system and blook circulation. Tension is this area creates numberous problems in our breathing and digestive systems. We will discuss a therapeutic approach with a focus on the rib cage, breathing techniques, mobilization of the joints, and cerebral spinal fluid with integration of the spine.
